Ziel der ISO 12944 ist es, den langfristigen Schutz von Stahlstrukturen vor Korrosion zu gew\u00e4hrleisten und die Instandhaltungskosten zu reduzieren. Der Standard ist relevant f\u00fcr Industrien wie den Schiffbau, die \u00d6l- und Gasindustrie, den Br\u00fcckenbau, die Bauindustrie und andere Branchen, in denen Stahlstrukturen im Einsatz sind.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><b>Korrosivit\u00e4tskategorien und Schutzdauer<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\">Die ISO 12944 unterscheidet sechs Korrosivit\u00e4tskategorien f\u00fcr atmosph\u00e4rische Umgebungen (C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, CX) und vier Kategorien f\u00fcr wasserber\u00fchrte und erdreichber\u00fchrte Bauwerke (Im1, Im2, Im3, Im4). DFT Dry Film Thickness) und Mindest- anzahl von Schichten (engl. MNOC Minimal Number of Coatings) vorgeschrieben welche je nach Korrosivit\u00e4tskategorie und Beschichtungstyp variieren.<\/p>\n<p>* Die Schutzdauer ist keine Gew\u00e4hrleistungszeit, sondern ein technischer Begriff und Planungsparameter, der dem Eigent\u00fcmer helfen kann, ein Instandhaltungsprogramm festzulegen (engl. \u00abTime to first maintenance\u00bb).[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>Von C1 \u2013 C5: Rundum gesch\u00fctzt mit nur wenigen Produkten<\/h3>\n<p>Unsere Produktpalette spricht Klartext:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mit nur f\u00fcnf Produkten decken wir alle Systeme von C1 bis C5 h ab.<\/li>\n<li>Dank der feinen Oberfl\u00e4che eignet sich Duopol EP Eisenglimmerfarbe ausgezeichnet als Zwischenanstrich unter Polyurethan- und Fluorpolymer-Deck- lacken, ohne dass bei Schichtdicken von 40 \u2013 50 \u03bcm angeschliffen werden muss.<\/li>\n<li>Da Polyurethansysteme bei einer Schutzdauer von &gt; 25 Jahren sich stark in Farbton und Glanzgrad ver\u00e4ndern, setzen wir f\u00fcr C5 vh unsere ultrabest\u00e4ndige Fluorpolymerlinie Vernidur FP ein: So erstrahlt das Objekt auch nach dieser langen Zeit immer noch im gleichen Farbton und Glanz.<\/li>\n<li>Auch die in der Tabelle nicht aufgef\u00fchrten Schutzdauern werden mit unseren Zulassungen abgedeckt: Eine Schutzdauer \u00abh\u00bb entspricht in einer tieferen Korrosivit\u00e4tskategorie der Schutzdauer \u00abvh\u00bb (z.B.
